How many different products/ASIN is optimal at start?

I have been selling for some months now and I only add 1 product. I am about to extend my portfolio and diversify my products so I wanted to ask, how many ASINs is the minimal for reducing risk and optimize profitability? Also globally (as I know there are exceptions) how is the link between revenue and ASIN number? Like is it possible to achive 1MUSD sales with one or 2 ASINs or all the 7 figures successful sellers sell dozens of different products?
