How long for brand registration?

I just submitted my application for brand registration. After waiting for the trademark thing to go through, I’m getting frustrated that each step makes me wait 24+ hours. Anybody know how long brand registration application pends for before it’s accepted? Also, can I start adding products under my pending brand while I wait, or do I just have to wait yet again before moving on to the next step?
