How does ungating work?

Currently I am gated from selling in the topicals category. I am being asked to submit invoices from my supplier. If I was to get a letter of authorisation from a manufacturer would I be ungated from the category?

Additionally, does this mean that any other product i list in the future will not require supplier information/ invoices to be submitted?
