Been selling for 8 years and now the account’s in dire straits! Seller support’s been useless. Any other long-time sellers out there ever get assigned an account manager? If so, would you be willing to share their email so we can try our luck? Any advice on how to escalate beyond the generic support agents is also appreciated!
