Amazon Seller App notifications not working!

I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing it, logging out and back into my account, signing out of my Apple ID and back in, I even have changed phones recently, nothing I’ve done will make the notifications appear.

Yes notifications on both the app and on the iPhone are on for all notifications related to the Amazon Seller App.

Any suggestions?
