I’m currently fulfilling orders myself (FBM) on Amazon, but I’m considering a switch to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). My main concerns revolve around handling chargebacks, dealing with faulty items, and managing issues with items not being delivered.
Chargebacks: How does FBA compare to FBM in terms of dealing with chargebacks? Are there notable differences in frequency or handling process?
Faulty Items: In cases where customers receive faulty products, does FBA offer a more streamlined process for handling these complaints?
Missing Deliveries: How does FBA handle situations where items are reported as not delivered? Is it more effective than FBM in resolving these issues?
