I can edit another seller’s store, but AZ said that’s normal

Last night, I logged into SC, navigated to the Stores section, and there was a link to an already-created store. The store name happens to be one of my registered brands, and the seller and I are in the same product category. The downside of this is that when I view one of my product pages and click on the brand link….it opens the other seller’s store.

I opened a ticket with AZ, and the rep said being able to edit another seller’s store is how the system works and I should’t be concerned. The rep refused to escalate the ticket, so I opened another one that seems to be getting traction.

We are all aware of how horrendous off-shore support is, but on what planet would something like this be normal?
