Amazon turned my listings off, and said I need FBA and there is no correspondence with me anymore on my complaint. I’m mad of course but is there anyway to contact them, or a person? They were the ones that invited me to join. There is no reasonable explanation from them just do as I say, FBA.

I make prints at a fulfillment center, and they are dropped shipped to buyers. I think there was a complaint against my store, I don’t know if it was from Amazon or a customer and they sent me an email saying I require FBA, which is ridiculous. I’m a small vendor and can’t keep inventory with them. Is this normal and should I just expect to have my store closed after 10 years?
