Hello. I had a product on Amazon that wasn’t doing well so rather than keep paying the fees, I had them return the product to me. Initially it said $400 and they’ve been sending them back several boxes per day. I just looked at my Amazon Seller account and now I have a -$3342 balance! I’ve tried contacting Amazon but haven’t had a reply back yet.
Can anyone help me out here? I was not expecting this significant expense, otherwise I would have just had them dispose of the product for me! Why would it say $400 and then end up being so much more?
