IP complaint disappears

I’ve had several IP complaints, most of the just different products from the same brand from doing retail arbitrage. After submitting receipts and them not accepting it, I just acknowledged the violation and the IP complaints just disappeared without affecting my account health. Has this happened to anyone else?
