Child safety certification

We’ve recently listed a deck of flash cards with activity ideas for parents to do with their kids. Literally, think of a deck of normal playing cards in a box.

These are printed and manufactured in the US. Amazon is now requesting a third party laboratory certification for this deck of cards under the justification that our listing is categorized as Toys.

Has anyone encountered something similar? What was your resolution to this?
