Will Amazon give your information to right owner?

If the right owner has filed complaints to your account and listings, and if they request for your name, address, phone… Can/ will Amazon give them your information (your name, address, phone)?

Can amazon do that? does it violate GDPR ?

and if the right owner has all information, they will easily mail lawsuit letters to sellers…

Anyone has such experience?
