Lost shipment – how to get Amazon to gaf
Entire FBA shipment lost by UPS. FBA partnered carrier so we are not the “shipper of record” according to UPS, Amazon is. So they won’t let us request an investigation. Amazon has to do it. We submit cases to amazon and of course they just close them. Over and over. Are there magic words for this situation? TIA
