FNSKU labels scan to wrong product

Hi all, happy Friday. I’ve been having an issue where FNSKU labels for FBA product are leading to a separate products detail page once they are printed and scanned. These labels work fine as PDFs on computer screens, but once they are printed they lead to products that are not in our catalog.

I hesitate to believe that the printer is the issue since other labels print fine and it would be amazing to me that a printer error would lead successfully to an incorrect detail page. That seems impossible but I guess I don’t know.

If anyone has any advice or faced a similar situation, please let me know. Thank you in advance!
