Switching to Manufacturer Barcode

I have inventory already in FBA using Amazon Barcodes but would like to send in future inventory with Manufacturer barcodes.

I understand my inventory will be co-mingled. Can I do this for future shipments or will this affect my current inventory that is already stickered and labeled by me? Or is it even possible at this point?
