Assistance Requested: Transparency Serial Numbers for Amazon Brand Gating

I bought product from the brand, and in the process of getting it ungated on Amazon with applying invoice.

Amazon has requested that I provide 5 Transparency serial numbers as part of the Brand Gating process. I understand that the brand has already ordered the Transparency codes and will apply them and ship to FBA, but I am unsure how to obtain these serial numbers from the brand? Do I ask for the numbers from the brand? I ordered 600 units but Amazon is requesting only 5.
