Help: Someone has Counterfeited my Product

I am a manufacturer selling on Amazon for about a year. That’s all it’s taken to get the full ‘Amazon Experience’. Today I found our first counterfeit product. I know that there is Transparency, but so far we’ve not been accepted. We do not have a patent, but we are registered with the EPA.

I have a Seller rep at Amazon and I have alerted them. I have also told the seller that we will take legal steps to remove the product, so they might not want to sell it.

Any other tips on how to handle this? Thanks!

EDIT: Just tried Transparency again and it worked this time. Product enrolled and I can order the codes. How does this help me?
