I have slight issue with Amazon seller
So the 7th november 2023 i have closed my amazon seller account and I have received an email telling me that they have initiated the closing procedures etc. Today , it’s been 3 months and I still did not receive email that they closed it definitely. I have tried to contact them via the chat on amazon and through the email but they never anwsered me. Is it normal? I don’t have access to my amazon seller account so i don’t know what can i do.
If i would have for example 40€ of subscription to bay before closing it but cancelled the subscription before closing , would the subscription still exist? Would i have to pay it tho?
