Cease and desist letter from Marketdefense (not brand owner) on Amazon asking me to remove a perfume brand on Amazon

Hi guys
I got a letter from Marketdefense (not brand owner) asking me to cease and desist a perfume brand, not sure is this legit what should I do then?

The company call: Market Defense, anyone experienced with this company, they said over 2 millions case resolved on Amazon,
