Help finding a contact person at Amazon to help with issues.

So I work for a company that sells on Seller and Advantage/Vendor Central. We make about 1/3 of our total income on Seller and 2/3 on Advantage/VC.

My boss tells me that she knows of other companies have someone that works for Amazon who is a contact person for any claims, marketing needs, planning/ordering, or other issues that arise. She wants me to look into it, and I’m very motivated to have one because who wouldn’t love to skip the stupid claims calls with randos?

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to look into this? I’ve been pouring over Amazons job postings to find the title of the person I want, but I don’t know how to contact Amazon to find one of these people.
