Account Level Reserve – Amazon withheld payouts for 57 days!!

Hi,
My last payout was December 23, 2024. I have been selling on Amazon for over seven years, and it has never been an issue. Then, suddenly, my Account Lever Reserve showed up, and it was negative. All my funds have been going to that, and I have not been paid since then.
I have opened 14 cases and requested two chats and one phone call. They all end up being “transferred.”
Everything in my account is healthy. Does anyone else have this issue, and did you guys resolve it?
