PO Box or UPS Real street box

Since fed ex and ups doesn’t ship to P.O. Boxes, is UPS real street box a better option if I’m getting product delivered and using it as the Amazon business address?

My account is being used for RA andI see a lot of sellers with PO Boxes and am unsure how they are having a PO Box as their address when the invoices/packages can’t be sent to a PO Box most of the time.
