Question about receiving large volume of packages

How does everyone accomplish this? I live in a house but it’s not a great part of town so I am uneasy receiving so many dollars of inventory here every month as theft is an issue. I can move to a better part of town but need to find some place to live/work at the same time in some kind of semi-industrial setting. The UPS store just feels awkward walking in there so much for inbound packages just to come back with the same stuff just processed for amazon. Also it’s a huge hassle that way.

There’s no way I’m going to stick to strictly RA for everything I sell so I am wondering how yall have set your lives up for small five figure sellers
