Sent 500 Units to AWD for New Product Launch, but Auto Replenish Only Sent 15 Units To FBA

Hello everyone. My account age is 3 years, where I’ve only launched 1 product I invented that sold out quickly, but will be restocked later this year. I still don’t have a lot of experience. So, in the meantime, I’m currently launching a new product.

This is my first time using AWD & AGL. For my first order I could only afford 500 units. I used AGL to send my goods to AWD in California. It’s been 8 days since my shipment was delivered & closed, and Auto Replenish only sent 15 units to FC Transfer. I’m assuming this is because my specific product is a new listing that has yet to be sold, so there is no demand history. I am expecting this product to sell 10+ units a day at launch, so only having 15 units available is risky since I do not want to stock out.

How should I handle this? My standard-size FBA capacity limit is only 100 cubic feet. I’ve also set my listing to “closed” this entire time. Should I figure out how to switch my AWD account from auto replenishment to manual, then send as much inventory as I’m allowed to FBA before I launch this product? With just 500 units I expect I won’t have much time before I have to reorder, so I’m trying to prevent stock outs as much as I can.
