Certain parts of Seller Central come up blank

At times, and most/always on certain functions, things in Seller Central come up blank.

It’s not just confined to that, however for a while almost if not always, I can’t send an email to buyer through seller central, but only by replying to email they sent me. This time, however, I need to contact a buyer who hasn’t contacted me.

Anyone else have this problem?
