Listing books in other categories to avoid variable closing fee

I mainly sell in the healthcare sector of Amazon. But I wrote a children’s book about a medical condition and when I listed it on Amazon there was an additional 1.80 variable closing fee attached to it when I listed it in the book category. Can I list the book in the healthcare section that only charges 15%? I assume it will not rank as well, but I don’t want to price gouge on my book as the target audience is sick children.
