Product Classified as Weight Loss Supplement when it is not
Has anyone dealt with this? They randomly inactivated one of our branded products claiming it is a weight loss supplement and asking for all this testing and documentation.
The item is in no way a weight loss supplement. It’s not a supplement. Not for weight loss. Makes no claims to be. Without sharing the item let’s just say it’s as close to being weight loss as a piece of cheese would be.
Seller support is useless. When we appeal through account health they just say “meets our definition of a weight loss supplement” but won’t say why and then close the case and tell us this is the final communication.
This is a branded item we’ve spend a ton of money promoting and growing.
Anyone find a path to get this fixed without paying all this money for testing a product that doesn’t even have weight loss or supplement ingredients to test.
