DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT
Someone reported my product, which was purchased from a reputable company, as counterfeit .. Amazon deactivated my account. They said I dont have brand authorization on a product that has 27 other sellers. My hunch is that one of those sellers complained against me. Why does Amazon take actions & make it impossible to work thru? If you have a problem with my product, unlist it, and send it back to me. The way Amazon treats us is ridiculous, & it is a result of their market power. I dont have anyone I can call to speak to about this, I cant get an explanation thru email, and any information I do get is ambiguous and has no resolution. Ive got $7000 worth of product, most of which is not associated with the problematic Asin, just sitting at Amazon. Since December. High ranking products that would have definitely sold out already. Is there a definitive way to speak to an Amazon agent here in the US and get ur concerns addressed?? I love the scalability of Amazon and it is necessary to have an amazon acct if you plan to do well reselling products. Walmart is good but sales arent like Amazon .. High ranking products on amazon dont necessarily have the same high rank on walmart or ebay. Amazon is operating like a monopoly tho, & something has to be done.
