Inbound shipment stuck at “Receiving “

Hello everybody,

I have an inbound shipment for FBA.

It has cleared this stages:

Shipment created -> In transit -> Delievered -> Checked in ->

It is currently at: “Receiving”

“Amazon has started scanning your shipment ID labels. Received units are available for sale. … “

However it has been stuck there for a month. It has has been pushing off the deadline where the shipment will become eligible for investigation.

Anybody familiar with this situation? I called Amazon and they said to double check shipping IDs, which I did, and to just wait until the deadline.

Appreciate any guidance.
