FBM offer not eligible for buy box

I have put a up a listing for FBM. I put in 10 units as the quantity and everything is good. However when i check to see my inventory page, it says I have competitive pricing, no complaints, no defect rates, BUT it says I am not “featured offer eligible” this goes for every single one of my FBM offers.

I have no idea why, and I was searching for a solution for hours and still no hope, I was wondering if you guys have a solutions to this.
