Account Health is Messed Up
I’ve been an FBA seller for 10 years, I’m an authorized distributor for 1 product and sell several other items. For years our account health went up 4 points for every 200 orders on average.
For the last 6 months, it has started dropping 4 points at random times, never moving up. We’ve never had any violations, have perfect feedback, not any customer claims, very high inventory performance, very low returns, etc.
Having the account health team call is worthless, I’ve done it twice and the answers I got (both different) were: 1. It’s the new algorithm and there’s nothing we can do & 2. This is a customer service issue, please reach out to them (I did, they referred me to the account health team) I even tried ask Jeff and got no response. Now my account just went below 250 and I’m going to lose the account assurance.
Im concerned that this trend will eventually get me deactivated. Has anyone else watched their account health move down for no reason? Any ideas on how to get it fixed? Who to contact? Help!
