Brand Registry ‘label permanently affixed’ rejection

Hi all,

I’ve just been rejected because my label wasn’t ‘permanently affixed’ on my product. Any suggestions on how to overcome this rejection. All my products are labels on packaging and nothing is either stitched in or printed directly onto the bottles / bags.
