Brand Approval – Rejcted

We have a new brand (let’s call it MyBrand”) that we want to list and our brand approval keeps getting knocked back.

We tried “MyBrand” but that got rejected because it’s registered with another Product Type Definition. We then tried our company name “MyBrand Clothing Inc.” but because that doesn’t exactly match our packaging it got rejected.
We also tried “MyBrand Clothing” but similarly it get rejected because it doesn’t exactly match our packging.

Any recommendations for how best to proceed? The product already exists and we’ve been selling DTC so changing the packaging or name is not really an option.
