Is this ‘doable’? I’ve been offered a ‘role’

I’ve been offered a ‘role’ with a credible founder to promote and market his Amazon sellers service but to prove I can deliver he has asked me to help him promote his YouTube channel of B2B podcasts.
He has done a number (over 300) podcasts with credible industry guests and has more lined up. The podcast is designed to promote his b2b leads. He has worked with a couple of ‘international consultants’ to promote his views but they haven’t delivered. He has 2.9K subscribers but only gets low single digit views.
I don’t want to name the channel just yet so I don’t break the terms of the subreddit but I’d love to hear if others think it’s possible to get him more views and any no or low costs tips or tricks greatly received.
