How do sellers get pictures on top of search?

When I search up my product, one of my competitors has their logo, multiple products, and a little “shop xyz products”. Underneath that is “Results”, and I see my listing, as well as other peoples listing. What is the advertisement that I just described? It’s not a listing, and is above the results. How do I do this as well?
