Brand Ungating Shitshow

I’ve dealt with the biggest shitshow possible with amazons ungating. This one brand I’ve been trying to get approved for requires an invoice but allows u to use an order confirmation or Amazon invoice if you get 50+ units vs the normal 10 required.

“If providing an Amazon Invoice or Order confirmation please show a combined and fulfilled purchase of at least 50 units. For all other invoices show the combined and fulfilled purchase of at least 10 units.”

Therefore, ONE WOULD THINK, that doing exactly as they say would warrant ungating right? No. I was sketchy of this at first and called multiple seller support people to confirm that this requirement meant what I thought it meant and they all confirmed YES that means if you use an order confirmation or Amazon invoice as long as it’s 50+ units. I also checked with multiple people to make sure it wasn’t against Amazon policy to use an Amazon invoice for ungating and everything gave me the green light. So I went on my merry way and purchased hundreds of dollars of product from Amazon only to be denied over. and over. and over. and over. again. I messaged support asking what the heck is wrong with my documentation because I did everything they said and in an email I got back I was told “everything looks fine since you met the 50 units, keep applying”. So I did just that and KEPT GETTING DENIED saying “you can’t use an order confirmation”.

I’m sorry but what am I missing?? And to make things even better Amazon won’t let me return the items because they’re considered hazardous. Which I didn’t even know was a thing. And on top of that, another seller I know was instantly approved. NO INVOICE NEEDED. so how does that even work?? is it just my account? Help wanted and advice desperately needed.
