Amazon Premium A+ Content Trouble

Hello everyone, I’ve been selling on Amazon for a couple of months now and I want to up my CVR and the overall appeal of my listing by upgrading to premium A+ Content. I’m only selling one product which I have a published brand story on. As well as having over 15 A+ Content Submissions on that same ASIN. But it has been two weeks and I still do not have access to Premium A+ Content. Is there anything else I can do?
