I can’t verify my address
Hello all,
My account was disabled because Amazon wanted proof of address, which I provided multiple times, but they denied it. I provided different utility bills and even an officially translated copy, but still no success. They keep replying with the same automated email that doesn’t provide helpful information about why the document was denied.
Yesterday, I called support, but they weren’t very helpful. After waiting on the phone for 10 minutes, they told me that the document had to be verified by a lawyer?!?!?!
It’s been a month, and I still can’t get this sorted.
Any tips to resolve this? Has anyone had similar issues? I’m from Eastern Europe if that matters.
