Variations not matching on live listing

About a month ago I was put in charge of my companies Amazon store. It was originally made in 2018 and a few people have worked on it since.

We currently have 1 parent with 65 child asins, with the parentage being size&scent (candles).

It was mostly working fine until I called seller support with an unrelated issue. The person I was talking to “unmerged” the childs from the parent and told me to make a new parent. Long story short, that wasn’t fixing the unrelated issue, so I tried connecting the child asins to the original parent via flat file. It seemed to work but they still show up as individual live listings. I have since added more child asins (to make a total of 65) and all of the new ones work correctly and appear to be bound to the original parent.

In Manage Inventory, it shows all 65 under the correct parent. All are active and most have product in FBA. However, if I pull up the parent asin in the variation wizard it only shows the new child’s that I added, not the originals.

I’m not sure why the variation family would show correctly in Manage Inventory, but only partially in the Variation Wizard.

I have uploaded flat files numerous times. I even tried category listing uploads to make sure everything was the same and uniform.

Any help would be amazing. I’ve opened various cases with Amazon regarding this but they either give me a copy/paste of how to add variations or they don’t understand what I’m asking.
