Help with FBA inbound placement service

I am using Send to Amazon workflow for FBA and I am seeing some crazy cost increase! I used to ship 1-2 pallets with a single SKU and with this new fee structure, I need to pay 3x more to ship the same amount. Each pallet has 60 units in my case.

Also, I noticed that it makes me ship all the units to East Coast and I am based on West Coast so even the shipping labels got more expensive.

Amazon-optimized shipment splits (no fees) is greyed out for me, no matter how much I try to send.

Can anyone help me lower this ridiculous cost somehow?
