Amazon New Seller Incentives Qualification

I saw that Amazon has new seller FBA incentives listed in seller central like credits towards placement/fulfillment fees, storage/ low-inventory fee exemption, etc. It says “New sellers who create and send their first FBA shipment within 90 days of listing their offer qualify.” Although I created my first listings over 90 days ago, they have not been buyable as I am doing my first FBA shipment tomorrow. I’m really hoping I didn’t lose out of these benefits by making my listings so long before my first shipment. Would I still qualify for these benefits or not?
