Help with insane trademark misuse of city names- bots out of hand

Posting on behalf of a friend that also sells on Amazon. They had over 100 items deactivated for using city names like Amsterdam, Cleveland, etc under “trademark misuse” They travel related stickers so the city names so deleting the city names is not really helpful for sales. They keep getting boilerplate responses telling them to change it. Has anyone had any success fighting these ridiculous flags?
