The more I use the platform the more annoyed I get. The seller side is drastically different than the buying side. The customer service is awful. It’s impossible to talk to a human. If you email or chat with them they have zero critical thinking skills and just regurgitate an article without reading anything you said or looking into the situation. It’s infuriating. When I talk to someone on the phone they never have the ability to help. It’s always we don’t have access to do that or it’s out of our hands. The user experience sucks. The user interface sucks. Everything is made more difficult than it should be.
On top of all this stuff, I don’t know what the selling subscription even goes to because the entire experience is awful
