Need Help. Payment problem with Seller account

Hi, Thanks for reading this, I’m sorry for my English. It isn’t the best. 4 months ago I started selling on Amazon. I didnt liked it and ended my subscription plan and deleted my account. Unfortunately, the months after that, I kept getting payment mails. I transferred my money from my credit card account so its €0. However, every month, Amazon still makes a payment reservation. Today, I called Amazon and to make a long story short. The only way I can get in contact with Amazon Seller Service is to make a new account to get in the chat with someone from Amazon. (I cant login my old account anymore since its been deleted). How do I stop this? The normal Amazon service leaves the call when I tell my story. I have bought a new credit card but I dont want to pay for something I havent used. Could someone help me?
