Unsure what to title but need help

So lets say I wanna sell a well known brand such as Trident but I find a listing from a different seller who is selling trident gum in a combo pack but on the Amazon listing the brand says “Stax” instead of “Trident” and said seller is the only seller on that listing could he file with Amazon to kick me off of the listing if I start selling it even though he technically isn’t the owner of Trident. Historically there have been about 3 sellers on the listing.
Hopefully that makes sense don’t wanna give up the actual brand I wanna sell.
