Moving to Nevada from California. Need some advice on moving my ecommerce business

I decided to move to Nevada from California. I run an ecommerce business. I will be seeking advice from a lawyer but want to go in more educated to cover all my bases. I want to make sure that I move my whole business to Nevada so California cannot come after me for state taxes after I have permanently moved everything. Info: I am personally moving to Nevada and moving my physical business there as well. My resale license is from California, my business is registered in Delaware for tax purposes. I will divest my business from anything that is located in California. Such as business registered address, storage facilities, and giving up my California resale license (if needed), switching all business related addresses over to the new Nevada addresses. Registering Nevada Sales license, updating all insurance and other business information. Nevada Drivers ID and anything else. Let me know what I need to do, Thank you for your help.
