How much should I expect to pay an agency to manage my account?

I sell one item with 7 variations. I do between $40k to $100k per month in sales and spend $6-9k per month on ads. My current ROAS is around 8.5

Trying to know where the market is so I have a frame of reference when I talk to these agencies.
