FBA US Seller Expanding to UK – Advice

Hello,
Can anyone here share their experience if they are a US-based seller who has successfully started selling in the UK? Perhaps share your lessons learned and steps you need to follow to get your business going there. I have a successful FBA business in US and I know I can get a lot of customers in the UK. I just don’t want to deal with unforeseen bureaucracy or unexpected taxation.
Any advice/tips would be awesome!
