Anyone have experience actually getting damages from Asia-based sellers who violate your IP? If I obtain a judgement against them, I’m wondering if I can go directly after the funds in their Amazon account or funds in the Amazon accounts of the people selling the brand they are associated with? It seems the brand they are associated with uses a lot of different names and addresses.
