A-Z appeal UK question

Ive sent 2 items using buy shipping royal mail 2nd class both delivery confirmation within timeframe.

Both won a-z cases, i appealed telling them i used buy shipping and showing tracking id link. Both reversed ODR defect but the £10 item was amazon funded the £35 was seller funded. (tracking id is delivery confirmation but isnt tracked and isnt signed for or picture)

My question is which one was correct and should i be doing anything differently
